A son without a father is a boy without an idol. Everyone deserves a father; ask the Bible. When a teen seen their Daddy strung from a rope, Life steals all their trust and hope. Many young mourners follow the suicide chain because their role model isn’t there to help them cope. I’ve travelled around the world, Many won’t experience what I’ve had; But everything has a price, And death collected my Dad. So friendly and so selfless, Antony Reynolds was popular and easy going, When bi-polar pirated his brain, He was unprepared and helpless. They say death takes the best of us, And heroes are what heaven was made for, I wake up every day hoping you’ll stroll through the door; Yet I doubt that will happen so I’m not gonna hope, Never heard of anyway getting back up after being murdered by the rope. I know he’s looking down from far up above, I know because when I’m down he fills me with the warmth of his love; A bewildered young boy, Just trying to reach peoples’ hearts, Don’t pay with rope cos death ain’t a toy.
